Breakfast was very good, with wide selection of items. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was efficient.
The hotel room is in need of a renovation to meet Residence Inn standards. The furnace was located immediately next to the bed and was extremely noisy.

Amanda was extremely pleasant. The room was overall a surprise at its quality.
They use some sort of cleanser on the floors that left a residue and tracked onto socks & feet - disgusting!
We were quite please by the amenities and the staff. I used the fitness room and was happy that they had an elliptical trainer. The loft style was original but hindered privacy - especially trying to put a baby to bed while others watched TV.

Very friendly & hotel is clean.
My husband can't eat the egg which cook with mix powder & make him sick.
When I check-in the hotel, the person in the front desk is very polite & professional. During the time we were stay in the hotel the people work in the hotel are very nice & friendly. The room were clean & breakfast are good.

Great place to stay if you are on business or with you love one. I love the privacy of each room and all the amenity that comes with them.
