It was across from my favorite shopping store.The beds were hard & uncomfortable. We were in pain when we woke up.It's a sub par hotel and they need to upgrade their beds, soundproof the walls and floors because you can here what's going on in the other rooms and hear people walking over your head. I personally liked the comfortable beds and the continental breakfast.I kind of didn't like the fact that there was no other light source other than the nightstand lamp.This hotel serves its purpose adequately for any travelers coming to or from Grand Rapids Intl. Airport at a reasonable price with excellent staff on hand.
