Rooms were pretty clean. TV is decent.Staff. Carrying all your luggage up the stairs.Staff is the worst. I travel 5 days a week and have never had so many problems in one place. Nothing.Everything.Painting walls, while people are trying to sleep, breakfast nothing, they did not refill remote, no batteries. Ice machine banging the wall all night.
