The manager was excellent. The front desk people were friendly but didn't follow through. The housekeeping was spotty.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Loved it!
The carpet was filthy. I was never comfortable walking in bare feet in the room.
Staff very friendly. Room comfortable and quiet. Water pressure in shower was fantastic.

Nice continental breakfast.
Lacked charm.
Nice reception, quick and painless. Room a little shabby, Spartan and basic. But, I was satisfied. I'd go back if it wasn't so far out of the way. Unattractive.

Comfortable bed.
The first 2 rooms were not cleaned.
They need to check the rooms before assigning them to make sure they are clean. Obviously there is a need for maids who know how to clean.
