Our GPS could not find this hotel and took us miles out of our way. It was listed at hwy I -30 East and the exit was exit 94 which we didn;t know.We compained to the receptionist who said it happens all the time. I said you should put the exit number on their address. A local helped us out and then we still got lost again. The breakfast was terrible as well

Front office staff was helpful in changing rooms due to items that did not work within room.Refrigerator did not work, microwave missing turntable, 2nd floor lobby furniture. Dirty, no do not disturb sign.This hotel was virtually empty and yet the Quality Inn next door for just a few dollars more seemed to be quite full. A 1 Star economy hotel should be priced well enough to make up for possible shortcomings and therefore not disappoint the customer.

Rooms were clean.The cont. Breakfast was 99 pack cent donuts.Had problems with breakfast being the 99 cent packs of donuts. TV went out and it took about 2 hours to get replaced. Had to call front desk 5 times. I refuse to stay there again.
