Location and very clean and comfortable room. 
Parking is expensive. I would reccommend staying there as price was fair with the level of the hotel. Location was excellent.

Its a WESTIN! None. This is a very comfortable hotel conveniently located in the center of a very foot friendly city.

Gareat location. Check out door men were surly. Great location, room seemed stuffy, bathroom was beautiful and spacious, front desk staff were gracious and lovely.

Good location and room; pleasant staff Outrageous charge for brief (3-min Chicago) phone call @ 12.00; 20 per cent "service charge" for mini-bar already charging ample prices. Good spot that seems to have a policy of adding extras to room bills.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms were not very updated. The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. It is in a good location smack dab in the middle of downtown. The rooms were not great and need some updating.
