Currently updating which will make it even nicer. 
Did not clean up soda machine spill until next day. Bed were very hard. I would stay here again. Clean, friendly and conviently located.

It was ok. Not as close to the beach, additional charge for extra linens. Not as close to the beach as described. We were not happy with additional charge for extra sheets (after my child got sick). Small selection for breakfast. Hotel was decent and clean.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, felt safe. The pillows were crappy and my neck hurt. Also the mattress was too hard. I would recommend this hotel for people on a budget who are looking for a clean place. It is by no means a luxury place. It satisfied basic needs. It is close to the beach. The VCR was gone, no AC, you could hear the room next door, toilet not work, not that clean, not friendly staff. When we arrived, the staff was rather rude.
