Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Cleaning fees, collected at check-in, are as follows- 1 bed USD 93.24, 2 bed USD 110.72. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Check-in is at 3145 Gulf Shores Pkwy. The person making the reservation must be 25 or older and occupy the rental for the duration of the reservation.
