Conference center was located in hotel.Rooms were worn and dated.The configuration of the hotel was awkward. The route from my room to the front desk was circuitous. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was responsive and attentive.Hallways need updating.I had to travel through downtown Hagerstown to the hotel. The price was right for the quality. It was clean, safe and quiet. Room was up-to-date and comfortable. There is grocery store and restaurants across the street.

Loved the indoor pool and it was open early in the morning until late in the evening.It is so big, it's sometimes difficult to find specific places in the hotel. Could use more signs in the hallways.Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was just fabulous! There were many great places to visit in the area. We were very comfortable. It's a family friendly place.

Pool good for families.Difficult to get to restaurant/bar connected.Beds comfy, bathroom oldish and dull, security door not working, but our hallway was quiet, and we slept well, though we heard some complain about noisy people on other side of hotel.
