Towels were like sand paper, no refrigerator in room.
Very noisy hotel, lousy towels, no refrigerator or way to store cold drinks. Vending services very poorly placed.

Nicely decorated and clean.
Very noisy, mattress too flimsy.
All considered, this hotel is very nice. The kids were very loud in the pool, which was open until 11pm, and our room was right by the pool. The walls were thin. The room was very clean, and nicely decorated.

The hotel cancelled my reservation, even thought I paid for the room. My plane was cancelled and I spent the night at the airport.

Was not clear that pool and Jacuzzi are open from June.
Primarily for business travelers but also decent for families. Convenient to Hampton Norfolk area.
