N/AThe pool was not warm and could not be made warmer.Over all the hotel was great! We just wish the pool was a little warmer, it was too cold for the kids.

I really enjoyed the lobby. The public computers and televisions were a nice touch.There was definitely nothing about the hotel I hated. It was very nice and comfortable for my trip.Very nice lobby, comfortable rooms and a reasonably priced restaurants with good food. This is a great hotel for business travelers and anyone who is visiting Harrisburg or Hershey.

The staff was very helpful and polite, our room was perfect.Although the room was clean there was a little water damage on our wall, but no big deal.This hotel was perfect for our visit for a friend's wedding. The staff was friendly, room was clean and the area was nice.
