The pool was not warm and could not be made warmer.
Over all the hotel was great! We just wish the pool was a little warmer, it was too cold for the kids.

I really enjoyed the lobby. The public computers and televisions were a nice touch.
There was definitely nothing about the hotel I hated. It was very nice and comfortable for my trip.
Very nice lobby, comfortable rooms and a reasonably priced restaurants with good food. This is a great hotel for business travelers and anyone who is visiting Harrisburg or Hershey.

The staff was very helpful and polite, our room was perfect.
Although the room was clean there was a little water damage on our wall, but no big deal.
This hotel was perfect for our visit for a friend's wedding. The staff was friendly, room was clean and the area was nice.
