Overall, very poorly run hotel.
The place smelled of smoke and the room was filthy looking not at all what I expected. I would not recommend this place at all.

Poor selection of breakfast food offered.
This place is clean and near most of Hartford. There was nothing unfriendly or dirty or noisy about it. Location is not so pretty, but it was very affordable.
