Extremely pleasant people manning the desk.
Charge for parking, plus very bad parking facilities.
For business travelers, a stay of a day or two, it's fine. Not the most romantic of getaways, but a serviceable hotel.

The location is perfect.
The carpet in our room was very dirty and stained.
While the location of the property was perfect, the carpet was dirty and stained. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Did not expect to have to pay for parking. Parking should be complimentary.

The bar next door played loud music until 2am, it kept me awake.
The hotel was fine, the location next to a bar which played loud music until 2am was not so nice. It kept me and my husband up. It would be fine for business travel during the week.

Fix the toilets!

Nice view of Capital.
No Coffee sunday morning.
The staff is usually friendly, the rooms though a bit small, are clean and comfortable, and the view over the capital and park is much more pleasant than that of the freeway at the other more posh hotel.
