This was more like a motel than a hotel. If I had wanted a 1 star, this would be what I would have expected. Usually Best Western is a little better than this.

Overcharge!
When arrive at hotel, they wanted to charge us $55 additional for 2-bed room! Hotel didn't have any king rooms available anyways. Felt they were trying to overcharge us on purpose.

Wouldn't give us two queen beds even though they were available.
When we put a price in, we couldn't select the number of beds we wanted. Once we got to the hotel, they wouldn't let us trade the one kind for the two queens, even though my husband and I were traveling with our two children. It was frustrating the hotel ...Read More

Comfortable Bed with Serta Mattress.
Lobby was disconnected and drinks and snacks were inconvenient.
Easy access off major interstate, comfortable rooms with nice bed, but ease off access to lobby meant venturing out in the cold!
