The bed was very comfortable and had nice linens and the room was clean.I had to go to six different floors to find a working ice machine.This hotel did not meet my expectations of a Hyatt Regency. Courteous and efficient staff.Most ice machines broken. Initially assigned room that had not been made up despite late arrival.Excellent property with helpful staff. Very convenient. Easy & plentiful parking. Comfortable beds. Nice atmosphere.Cot was very uncomfortable. Not enough extra blankets available.Overall, we were very pleased.

Recreational facility is good.Check-in staff is discriminating low-fare guests.Second floor rooms are noisy, and they sell them to low-fare bidders. Even after complaining, they would say all rooms were sold out. Sorry can't help much.

Liked the room and the location to wedding reception.Nothing we didn't like about it. Great hotel.Wee stayed here to attend a wedding. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and loved the water pressure from the shower. Overall, a very nice and pleasant hotel stay and couldn't beat the price we got on Priceline!
