Very pretty atmosphere, great food and ambiance, comfy bed, very nice.Warning that bath tub is high I fell almost skidded into the toilet for stepping out is so much higher than tubs in US.Lovely accommodating and clean, great restaurant.

Covenience to airport and comfortable bed.No complaints or dislikes.Worked for an overnight stay between flights. We were able to relax and have dinner in the hotel followed by a comfortable night's sleep. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Close to Heathrow Airport and very comfortable.No free shuttle to the terminals. I walked a couple of blocks and with the help of a person on the street found a local, free bus.Very comfortable. The beds were great.

The concierge there was the best.It could have had a better restaurant. The special buffet there was terrible.The hotel was great bu the restaurant was poorly managed. The food selection was poor as walking distance to a much better food selection and service.
