Air Conditioner kept the room very cool.Couldn't ever connect to wireless internet connection.This is not so much about the Hotel.

Price was reasonable.Desk clerk did not give complete instructions on connecting to the hi-speed.Basic motel with limited features. Continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Very friendly clerk.General condition was mediocre at best.It's in a great place in the northern part of Hays - good for restaurant availability and other travel oriented businesses or stays for medical reasons since it's also near the hospital & clinic. Too far away from Fort Hays State for games and college act

It was handy to our family anniversary celebration.There was a coffee pot but coffee was not stocked -- almost ruined my day.The room was clean -- cool -- great air conditioning on a 108 degree day.
