It was in the City I needed to stay in, directly across the street from the sewage lagoon.
Desk clerk did not provide requested wake up call.Clean. Friendly. Available. Does not understand the value of the business traveler being on time as a priority.

It is close to the golf course and that is nice.It is not within walking distance of the downtown area.At the time of year we went, we were the only people in the hotel and when I called the desk at 10:30 about the internet service the one person in the hotel was asleep or seemed to be. We very much liked the Jacuzzi tub in the room and the indoor pool.N/AI liked the room with the Jacuzzi, small fridge and a microwave and coffee maker. It was clean and has plenty of space. I would refer it to anyone wishing to stay in Helen, Ga.

Nothing.Hotel was not as a 2 star.We left after only one night due to the condition of the hotel and facilities. There was even cleaning solutions on the bathroom sink when we entered after the clerk advised the room was ready. The bathroom had mold everywhere.
