Outstanding breakfast, large selection of food was excellently prepared.
Refrigerator did not cool very well and there were ants in the room.Very friendly staff, entire establishment was very clean and we were made to feel very welcome.

Excellent value, rooms very clean, breakfast very nice.Porch area and driveway cluttered with trash.Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and gave suggestions for attractions and directions to restaurants.
