First desk clerk very friendly in guiding me to Inn.
Had to walk thru smoking rooms to get to mine, ice machine broken, and smelly garbage at back door.
More expensive than other 2 stars in area, little to show for it. Desk clerk tired and disinterested at checkout. Will try another hotel on next trip.

The included breakfast was nice with a lot of selections.
It does not have a pool.
This is a basic hotel with no pool. It smelled fine and was clean. We found this to be true, also, but had no noise problems (other than from our own children).

It was close to the interstate.
There was nothing for the children and teens to do in this hotel. This hotel is better suited for older people with no children.
This hotel was disappointing because there was nothing for my family to do. There was renovations going on while we were there. The hotel really offered nothing except a place to sleep and take a shower. I will not stay at this hotel again. It was a waste...Read More

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
No complaints at all.
I visit Hendersonville four times a year and have stayed at most of the 2 star hotels in the area. I would definitely make this Ramada my first choice in the future. Newly renovated, very clean, and extremely comfortable bed.

I selected a non smoking room from the internet but was told that I hadn't and received a smoking room and because of availability I had to take this. I was also told that I would have been charged 10 dollars more for non smoking. This is outrageous! Why ...Read More

It did have breakfast.
It was dumpy and dirty.
The hotel did not look well taken care of. Our room was dirty and there was nothing to do there.
