Clean.Run down, items in rooms broken, inconsistent food.Clean but run down, non functioning room that could not be fixed and had to wait another day for a functioning room, breakfast inconsistent and missing basics, sometimes for more than one day, old food served the next day.

Great hot tub, great breakfasts.No restaurant.Comfy and friendly, but the huge hot tub is the best part. Location near the beach is good, too.

This was my second time at this hotel and I found it very convenient and nice. I liked the morning continental breakfast, with the waffle machine.Minor issue was trying to check in at 12:00 noon but had to wait until 3:00PM.The hotel is very good. It was very convenient in location to beach and shopping and other LA attractions.
