Decent rooms once you pass the reception.
Worse reception I've come across in my travels for a hotel that calls it self 3.5 star.
The reception is extremely unfriendly and rude. The manager was not at all friendly at check in and didn't care the staff was that way either. The rooms on the other hand are fairly decent. The cleaning staff are also nice.

The location. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Nonchalant staff. Shuttle service provided by grumpy drivers.
This hotel badly needs renovation and cleaning. Retraining of staff for guest courtesy can also go a long way. Location is superb though.
