Very clean, nice staff.The bed was very hard, uncomfortable.I was overall very satisfied, but they could do something about the beds.

Nice sized room with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, room for tall people, powerful shower head.No view.Wish I could have been at the hotel a bit longer to see the surrounding lakes.

The staff and the room.No extra pillows, The breakfast bar was lacking. No coffee at night in lobby, no cookies as promised, also no eggs or bacon or waffles as promised.Excellent staff! Very friendly, including the owner. Nice rooms, great beds.

Larger room than expected excellent continental breakfast.Nothing. Even delivered a paper in the morning.They did everything efficiently. Finally I had to call upper management, etc. Eventually an mgr was located to authorize the extra bed. Hiawassee accommodations were excellent by comparison.

Large room, microwave, fridge, Jacuzzi tub!Sorry, all was great!Very clean, well kept property. Large, well equipped rooms. The place to stay in Hiawassee, GA.

Large room with sofa and table. Large choice of cable TV channels.Lobby was being renovated during my stay.Very nice, exceeded my expectations. The rose restaurant next door was great.
