Large rooms and willingness of staff to be flexible to make the stay pleasant ie. early check in and late check out.The hotel parkade was just awful! It was poorly designed and accident prone.I felt I received extreme value for the price I paid.

I have nothing good to say.The room was horrible.Every year for the past six years my wife and I travel to Honolulu to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.Bathrooms need some updating (old tiles).Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Nice pool with great poolside service (cold wet face towels and refreshing icicles served up daily free) nice pool loungers. Nice shops and restaurants within the complex.

Great staff, and near to everything.N/AThe hotel is very nice and even though it has an open air plaza in the center with lots of shops it is secure. I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter and the security was great.
