The staff and its proximity to the HNL airport.
The traffic noise is unbearable at any locations on the north side of the building.

The hotel was fine. We were overniting before catching a morning plane and I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel more than met my expectation.
Noisy as it was by airport and highway.
For an airport hotel, it was good. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was great, the internet worked, and they gave us extra towels, as well as comped parking.
Drab rooms, bad TV reception, the beds were so bad you could feel the springs in the mattress.
It's very close to the airport and car rental places and freeways. It's fine for the 2-star rating.
