very close to local super marketno service reps were at the front desk during check in or check out times.If I ever went back to Hopewell, VA I would stay at this hotel again. very nice hotel room. as close to home as you can get.

Full kitchen.Need some upgrades.Overall Candlewood hotels are perfect business, extended stays and this particular hotel is located within walking distance of grocery stores and dining facilities.

Hotel front desk staff was above and beyond excellent.The room only had two pillows for the bed. Needed more.The room was clean, very comfortable. Had a problem in my room, it was handled very quickly and professionally by the front desk, I would certainly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Two thumbs up!

The kitchenette.No free breakfast.Nice rooms, very cozy. Love the kitchenette. Wish they had free breakfast.

The rooms have everything you need for an extended stay.No restaurant located on premises.The rooms have every convenience needed for a business or family leisure extended stay.

Very clean, courteous staff, and resolved problems satisfactorily.Booked 2 twin beds, ended up with 1 queen.The manager resolved the issue with the bed problem and was very friendly. I will definitely stay there again on future trips to that area.

The efficiency unit.Would have liked a sofa in room.The only negative was I was double billed and needed to contact the hotel to remove the billing from my card. If I had not noticed this, I would have paid twice for the same room.
