Location.
Lack of access to lobby at night.Nice hotel, very clean, tidy rooms. Great location, only about 10-15 minutes from downtown Memphis. Hotel is right on the interstate for ease of access.

Room was clean and attractive, flat screen TV. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels clean. Pillows comfortable. Close to shopping/restaurants.Mattresses were stained. Breakfast selection could have been better. No meat!The rooms/bathrooms, sheets, towels were clean. The beds were comfortable. I was pleased about that until I caught a glimpse of the mattress on our third night. There was some stains. Cleanliness/comfort is the most important thing in a hotel stay for me.

Got what we paid for.Could have been cleaner.Reasonably priced and convenient to interstate. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, no problems what so ever.It was very average, but I did not dislike anything about the hotel.The price was great in comparison to the quality of the hotel. I liked the location as far as the interstate being close and the restaurants around.I did not like the parking, always worried my car was going to be hit!I enjoyed this hotel- the check in was simple, and I appreciated the call from the front desk to make sure everything was to our liking. Our rooms were cleaned properly and check out was easy as well. Good price and very comfortable stay.

I liked the fact that there was a coffee pot, microwave & a fringe In the room!There was no Inner hallway. All the rooms opened to the parking area. That was not a big deal.The hotel more than met my needs. Everything was very nice. The breakfast was satisfactory. I had no complaints. The price was excellent.
