The staff service was responsive, and friendly.
The elevators were unsafe and inoperative without warnings, and not clean.The hotel has a very great location, and is well lighted, I understand remodeling is underway but that should be publicized, and the cleanliness of the common areas, ice, vending machines,elevators need some attention.

Front desk employee.Dirty, dingy, bathroom condition was inexcusable, linen didn't feel clean.I didn't like much. The hotel was dirty. The carpets seemed filthy. The bathroom was in poor condition. The linens felt dirty. The location was questionable. The staff was friendly.

My daughter left her senior ring in the room. I phoned the hotel and they promptly put in the mail.The elevator.The hotel is an older one but well maintained. I would stay there again.
