There are two practice facilities to sharpen your skills before playing. Two fitness centers and the 17 tennis courts will keep you trim. Afterward you can cool down at one of the two swimming complexes. If you are ready for some nature, enjoy the two gently rolling walking trails and two nature-hiking trails as you take in the sights that only nature can display. Front desk hours are 9am-5pm. Housekeeping service hours are from 9am-5pm. Eight beautiful, private lakes will satisfy your desire for fishing, boating and water sports. You will find swimming beaches at Lakes Balboa and Cortez and boat rentals at Lakes Balboa and DeSoto. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please check-in at 110 Cooper Circle Hot Springs Village, AR 71909. Please note, pets are not allowed on the property. No boats, trailers or RVS may be parked at the resort. Early check-outs will not result in partial refunds. Fees are collected for golf, swimming and fitness center use. Please note that all guests are required to pay a damage deposit of USD 500.00 with cash or valid major credit card, due at check-in.
