The staff was friendly. Our pay per view channel did not work. Our microwave did not work, Our TV made a beeping sound while it was on so we could not watch it. The hotel was convenient for the purpose of why I was staying there. The staff was very friendly, but did not know how to fix things. Not too big. Short distance from parking to room. Did not like the location. The curtains were made so that they would not close. Street light just outside the window made for too much light. Basically clean and quiet. Staff was very accommodating.

We were given a Jacuzzi suite, which was much nicer. Very small pool area. Overall nice. Not impressed with the basic room, but the Jacuzzi suite was very nice. Pool/Jacuzzi area was very small. Family friendly. Met our expectations.

Friendly front counter representatives. Location. long way from highways. was hard to find simply due to its long drive from any highway (I consider 5-10 minutes a long drive in a city), but the people were nice and the room was clean.

The staff was very personable and attended to needs ASAP. Can't think of anything, but I do like to have a kitchenette when I'm on the road. A basic good, clean, safe hotel with a decent breakfast and very personable staff.

Great service. Need a bigger hotel sign to help find the facility. Excellent service and clean rooms. Quiet location with very few noises at all.
