Some staff was very helpful.Morning Supervisor for check out was very unhelpful and was not willing to help us at all.Over all the family had a good time me and my wife traveled with three young children. We first had a room without a kitchenette, we asked to change our room and they moved us to a room with a kitchenette without any more charges.The elevators are in need of repair. One was out. Some buttons didn't work in others.This is a very accommodating hotel. It is home base for a lot of people who are sick with life threaten illness. There are 18 hospitals around this hotel. Clean, attractive, attentive staff.No parking! shower water in my room was lukewarm!It is a good hotel; exceptional for the price we received a room! Parking accommodations were poor, however. Overall, it was much, much nicer than expected.

Free shuttle to the Rodeo.Construction, elevators in bad shape.Lots of construction. Elevators where not in good shape and did not hold many people. Rooms where small. Had to share a small bed with my husband. They would not give us a room with one king bed.
