I liked the location and the staff.
The thin walls and ceiling squeaks.
Great location next to 1-10. Ten minutes from both the Galleria and Minute Maid Park. Make sure you wear ear plugs to keep down the neighbor noise. I did call the office to complain and the noise did stop within 2 minutes though.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The room was in disrepair. There was a mirror leaning on the sink and the sink fixture was loose. The shower was nasty!

It was in a fantastic location.
The front desk told us the room was not ready the moment I walked in. No hello at all.
The staff was beyond rude. I actually tried to find another hotel in Houston rather than stay at that one.
