The continental breakfast was wonderful.Mattress was a little hard.The motel was fine. It was clean and having breakfast provided was a big plus. We also took advantage of the treadmills.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice business center.Bathroom was not very clean, decor was a little outdated.Would definitely stay at this property again. Extremely comfortable bed, nice breakfast with pretty good variety of juices, cereals, breads, etc., easy access to highway, appreciates friendly staff.

Beds, pillows and comforter.Hot in hallways and elevator.Overall experience was good. No complaints. My preference is Residence Inn, but I would stay there again.

Location was convenient to many places.Strange smell in hallways.Hotel was ok for the price; good location and free wireless internet are good but the hallways had a strange odor.

Linens on bed are comfortable and soft.Terrible service, unfriendly staff.Nice hotel, new decor, fridge & microwave in the room are a huge bonus. The discouraging aspect of this is that the staff was not very friendly or professional.

Beds were comfortable, clean rooms, clean hotel.Everything was fine.This was a great place to stay. It was conveniently located close to the Galleria Mall. It was a clean, comfortable hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful.
