It was centrally located to the Galleria Mall and the rooms were very spacious.The parking fee of 12.99 per day should not be charged. Not a downtown location and the other hotels in the area do not charge for parking.Hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in walking distance to the Galleria Mall.

The location and spacious rooms where great.Paying for parking always disturbs me.This is a nice all suite hotel in a great location if you're looking for shopping or a nice safe area. Spacious rooms, 2 big flat screen TVs, and over size bathroom. Great stay.The mattress and the pillows are poor quality.For the price and the location I rate this hotel as excellent.

Size of the room.Air Conditioning wasn't working properly.I loved this hotel. I have stayed there many times and will continue to stay there when I visit Houston. The room was uncomfortable because the air conditioner wasn't working properly.

We could walk to the Galleria.Thick plastic over the windows. Could not see out.Would have been great but they were doing constuction. We were told before checking in that no body would be in the rooms that were under construction. This was not true.
