Lots of broken things, blinds, shower heads, AC, noise.
Had to be moved to another room when the air started blowing heat at 2am. Both rooms had various broken things shower head, lights, window bind. Both rooms were very noisy.

There was not a coffee pot in the room.
I have stayed at this hotel over the years. It is no longer a 4 star hotel. It is run down and dated, needs a facelift.
