Not having to wait in line.The first room was someone else's and dirty, called down to them but now answer.Service was not even average. Slow crowd. Didn't feel special. First room was someone else's room but they programmed our key to it! It was dirty too. Second room was decent.

I had a change in travel plans five minutes after making the reservation and could not cancel the reservation.Not being able to reach someone to cancel do to change in flight plansNever got to see it. Will complain to the credit card company if I have to pay the bill.
