Lady at the front desk was very professional, accommodating, and friendly. She is your biggest asset for Country Inn & Suites.
Nothing.I was pleased to find the laundry room & the front desk staff was always welcoming and professional. I would recommend this hotel to others who are traveling to IAH as a bargain and very comfortable and well located.

Nice location, friendly staff, 12:00pm checkout was great.I wanted more options at breakfast. Waffles were very good though.I liked this hotel. For the price I wanted a few more options for breakfast, but I will definitely stay here again. I did like the fact that wireless internet was included.

It was very convenient to the airport and parking garages.There were not too many eating places around.The hotel was nice overall. We didn't spend much time there. The two complaints I had was there was no conditioner and they could not get me any because the door was locked to where they keep it. Big room, free internet.Lousy staff, no on-site servicesTiny pool, lazy staff. Hot water broke down and I had to take a cold shower. Staff could not get in touch with maintenance and did not call for emergency repair services. Lackluster overall.
