Location. When I called from airport they said they were full and would have to switch me to another location even though we had paid in full reservation. They later after I expressed my frustration about being switched they found a room in local I had booked.

Good location. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. A/C was loud. Great deal from priceline. We looked for hotel in SW Houston, and this was perfect. Staff was friendly, and hotel was very quiet. I would go here again.

N/A The room had an overpowering smell, like fried fish. Maybe the staff could have done more to make sure it was fresh before it was occupied again. Excellent for the money.

It has refrigerator and stove. Doesn't have double beds or cot for family. My spouse and 1 child all 3 slept in 1 bed. My son slept on a recliner. I wouldn't recommend for family to stay at this hotel because no double beds or no alternative. Is ok to stay for 2 people. I checked in around 4 p.m. and they told me there were no double beds or cot available.
