Cheap and good location.
Reserved, but front desk said no record, and front desk lady was not friendly.
Front desk lady was very reluctant to help me solve this problem. I have to say that the front desk of this hotel, especially this lady, was not friendly at all.

Internet access, good location, nice rooms
Only problem was the defective ironing board.
It's well-located, being a short drive from the Galleria. It's good for business travelers and for laborers. The room was clean and the TV worked properly. Staff was good. However, they needed a vending machine for food.

Dirty room, no parking, lound AC unit and wireless did not work.
Old Laquinta and very bad shape, should be a one star not two.

Location.
Run down, tired and dirty.
By a substantial amount, this hotel is a lesser value than other 2 star units in this zone. It should be a 1 star. Rooms were small and not updated, parking lot was dark and the continental breakfast was lacking.

Stains on sheets and chair, sticky carpet, dark, broken security lock.
Stains on sheets and on the desk chair. The floor was wet/sticky. It was a very dark room. The bed did not have a bed skirt. It was not inviting at all. Do not recommend.

The hotel had friendly staff.
No iron in room.
This hotel was ok for the price. Iron needs to be in room if there is an ironing board. Hotel needs to have more restaurant menus of near buy eateries.
