Negative Comment - Bed sheets had stains when I arrived.

Review - I was disappointed with the location. There was some sort of nightclub in front of the hotel. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, but I don't think I will stay there again.

Negative Comment - The bed, although new, was very uncomfortable to me.

Review - This hotel is an oasis on the east side of Houston. If you need to stay on the east side, this has to be the place. The hotel is clean, secure, and very client friendly.

Negative Comment - Found a couple of hairs on my sheets when I pulled them back.

Negative Comment - No shuttle service. Hot water in bath was SCALDING and burned me.
