From North: Either from 71 or 77. Go North to 480. Take 480 East to 271 South. 271 South to Rt 8 Exit. Take Rt 8 south 3 miles to Hines Hill Rd. Hotel located on corner of Hines Hill and Rt 8. From South: Take Rt. 8 North. Follow Rt. 8 North to Hines Hill Rd. exit(just past Ohio Turnpike Exit 180). Take left on Hines Hill and the hotel located on corner.

The rooms was very nice and the staff was very friendly.
Its an older hotel that is in need of renovations.

The location was excellent and the front desk clerk was very polite and friendly.
We had a room at first that had not been cleaned, then I phoned and no one picked up, only one on the desk.
This was one hotel I would not like to go back to. It didn't have the overall feel.

The pool was very refreshing.
Two ice machines were broken.
I felt very safe during the stay, saw police patrol the parking lot throughout the night.

Convenience.
Very unclean.
The hotel was unclean, bathroom was disgusting, and none of the ice machines worked (3) or the vending machines. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to National Park and bike trails, shopping, theaters, restaurants.
Just a bit worse for wear inside hallways and outside.
Great place to stay for visiting the National Park, for shopping, restaurants and exploring the area. Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly, but not very informed staff regarding the National Park.

This holiday inn has been remodeled in recent years and the effort shows.

It had an indoor pool.
Unfriendly night staff and unclean sheets.
It is conveniently located off the Ohio turnpike. The night staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The sheets on the bed had not been changed and had hair all over them. There were many spiders in the room and bathroom.
