The hotel was pleasant, I have stayed here before and will again. Needs elevator. The room was clean. Bathrooms clean, TV could of had some stations for the kids. But overall it was a good stay. I have stayed here before and will again.

The hotel was new and clean. The clientele and customer relations make this a sub-par hotel. This hotel would have been a pleasant surprise for the star level except for a couple of annoyances and a serious stonewalled of a manager. The pillows were in dirty pillow cases. It was easy to locate. The bed was uncomfortable. The hotel served our purpose, but it was nothing special.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The fact that I had to wait 20 minutes to check in all the room above us was very noisy called front desk but noise continued all night did not no see. The hotel was great but did not get any sleep all night. I called the front desk but that only helped for a short time. I fell that my money was wasted due to all of the noise!

Convenient to bush international airport and local shopping and wonderful restaurants. I had no bad experiences to report. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well planned. I missed breakfast but heard that it was a typical but well prepared hotel meal.

Clean, convent, and a good bar next door. Didn�t have a hot tub. Overall ok.

Close to visit family in area and close to airport. Poor complimentary breakfast supplied. Very close too many rests and major shopping in area. Although on flight path to bah, their was very minimal noise. Stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned by maid.
