Nothing.
Disgusting dirty, under construction, felt unsafe (outside door didn't lock).They are construction materials and garbage everywhere. The clientele are sketchy.

Friendly staff.Building needs painting and grass needs some work.It was a nice hotel for the price. There was internet and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to a target store and other restaurants. The room was fine.

Nothing 20 times.Poor appearance, grounds not clean, burn holes in blanket, scum on bathroom handles, poor TV reception.Worst hotel I have stayed in. Your standards have lowered. No one would stay in this hotel if you could see it beforehand. Very disappointed.

The regular price of the hotel was $60.Dirty, bad smell.I would like to cancel my reservation when I saw the hotel room. But I couldn't because of your policy. It was always good when I made a reservation.
