The location was key.
Some of the hotel staff were unfriendly.
The hotel was very clean, the whirlpool was therapeutic and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of the location.

It was very quiet, perfect for taking care of all business.
I couldn't get my wireless card to work and they didn't have any cords left to lend to me. So I could not get online the whole four nights I stayed.
Other than the aforementioned mishap with the internet access I would strongly recommend it to any traveler. It's right off the highway, yet convenient to everything on the Northwest side of Indy. Great hotel with a great breakfast selection to get you go...Read More

Helpful employees.
No Security in parking lot. Car was broken into. Sheriff told me it is a common occurrence at the hotel. They need to advise guest of theft.

'Antoine' the front desk staff was extremely helpful. Bed is great.
Pool looks dirty. Didn't want to go in.
Great stay. Enjoy every bit of it. Staff "Antoine" was wonderful.
