Review - Hotel was good location, easy to find and very convenient to downtown Indianapolis. Room was clean, breakfast not as good as past experiences with Residence Inn chain but was satisfactory.

Positive Comment - Excellent guest services, by the canal, just an all over good experience.

Negative Comment - Everything was good!

Review - This hotel had bad reviews online, but I honestly have no idea why. Everyone was friendly, the canal was great and for an older hotel the place was very clean. I would definately stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Positive Comment - The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered in a hotel. They all deserve praises, in my opinion.

Negative Comment - I think the air conditioner gave me and my spouse a headache and paying 12 dollars to park is a bit much when you have already paid for a room.

Negative Comment - Chlorine smell from the pool was overwhelming thought the hotel.

Review - Friendly staff, clean rooms, right on the canal. Well worth the money, only a couple of blocks from being in the heart of downtown Indy.

Review - Our stay Residence Inn was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable, the bed linens were soft. The layout of the room was so convenient. The hot breakfast was a great way to end my stay. The kitchenette was also a nice bonus feature.
