Close to restaurants and shopping.
Safety.
The hotel room smelled and there were knuckle marks in the door and you could hear all of the out side traffic. At 2 am someone came banging on our door, and left.

This place just looks sketchy.
Friendly and helpful staff and close to Downtown Indianapolis is the real only upside of this hotel. If you're looking for somewhere nice to stay go somewhere else.

Clean, friendly Staff, convenience, plenty of hot water, Frig and M'wave.
Trouble using phone for local calls.
I would recommend for the casual traveler. Not a glamorous place but comfortable beds.

All in all it was an OK experience, would not want to stay for longer than 1 night.

Hair in towel, and soap scum in bathtub.
When I walked in, everything seemed nice for a motel. It wasn't until the next morning that I encountered problems. When getting ready to shower, I adjusted the water temp, and opened the curtain.

The location was pretty good for what we wanted to do.
The sheets were not clean and were not changed the whole time we there. The toilet did not work properly (water running constantly).
I would recommend this hotel to those that want an inexpensive place to sleep. The location if pretty good to get to downtown. The breakfast consists of cereal, juice, coffee and muffin.

Convenient location to freeway.
Check in and front desk somewhat contorted and unusual.

The location and the staff were wonderful.
Hair and soil on linens and urine/go stains on bathroom wall with wallpaper coming off.
The pool was under construction so that was out. The linens had hair and soil on them and the bathroom wall was in serious need of cleaning. It was nasty! The coffee pot itself was clean but the unit behind it had drippings all over it.
