N/ANot all of the extras available.We found that the hotel rooms carpet was not recently cleaned, the shower drained slowly, the shower floor was dirty and
the whirlpool was hot but the jets did not work at all. No resturaunt.

The pool area was beautiful and pool was warm. View of the lake was nice, with the ducks.Maid service was awful. They made the beds, but nothing else and folded the wet towels and put them back on the shelf. No clean up at all.N/A

The staff was friendly.Worn out, needs a complete over haul.Location is good and front desk staff friendly but the place is worn out, would not stay there again.

It was off the beaten path.The streets and access to the hotel are terrible.It was comfortable and priced well. The stay was good and I will recommend it to others. It was a good ways outside the main city area but it was nice to be away from the noise.

Nothing, unfortunately.Filthy, smelly, very late on check in, dirty, etc.We were disgusted by this hotel. Our room was not ready at 5pm when we arrived, even though check in time is 4pm. Nothing.Goose problem.The Hotel is dated. They have a serious goose problem with goose feaces everywhere you walk (outside). I would never stay in this facility again.
