The staff was very helpful and kind.
My room was right across from the elevator. When I called to see if other rooms were available, the front desk said all rooms are suites.

Very clean, great staff and<BR/>great location.
Smoking not an option, no fridge in room.
Hotel and staff was great. Rooms were of great size, but could have offered a mini fridge like their competitors in the area. Hotel was in a great location. <BR/>

No coffee for breakfast on the first morning of stay.
Hotel is situated in a good location and is very nice for the cost and level of hotel. Breakfast is little more than continental but not bad.

Great staff at breakfast - right on the ball.
They did not want to meet the price for a friend.
This hotel was nice. The rooms were large with a nice recliner and plenty of floor space. The room was clean and fresh smelling (something I am very strict about). The common areas were in good repair and clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a good experience and I would use it again.
No refrigerator in room. PTAC unit has compressor noise & vibration.
Since I come from the heating & A/C Industry, I would recommend new quarter PTAC units as you replace equipment. Not repair.

The people at the desk were very helpful.
The side parking lot door was not working at that time.
The area was perfect for what my wife and I wanted to do while staying in Indy. During our stay I had to go to the desk and each time they were very helpful as if I was the only one staying there.
