Dingy, unkept, nothing fresh about it. Needs to work on fresh smells. Musky odor to whole building. Good location for quick trips downtown. Towels barely 16 inches wide if I had to guess. I have stayed there twice & the staff was always friendly. The limited TV cable & light falling off wall. I would stay there again, but it does need to change things just a little. Great location for colts game. Doesn't press a romantic theme. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for for our stay to watch the colts game it was close enough to make us feel good but far enough out to make us feel comftorable.

swimming pool, location, continental breakfast, cooperative staff The rooms, which are supposed to be non-smoking rooms, were not, however they did not have a smoke smell. The layout of the motel was not convenient. I would rate this hotel as more of an economy hotel.
